Bunkers, impenetrable and well-stocked

1. Build a very secure underground bunker in an easily accessible location. Stock it with bottled water, food, batteries, a satellite phone, and MORE GUNS THAN YOU THINK YOU WILL NEED.

    Key point here as well: ammunition. Guns are relatively easy to come by in a disaster when there are no more rules stating that you cannot have them, also, they are not consumable. Besides, you can probably only shoot five or six guns simultaneously. Ammunition is always running out, so be sure to stock up on that too. A good formula to calculate how much ammo one will need: N x Tf x D where N is the number of guns, Tf is the number of trigger "fingers" and D is the potential for disaster.

    Also, ensure ease of accessibility extends to humans and not raptors.
